  I've been living at 356 Hoffman now for 2 years and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. The building is clean, completely renovated on the exterior, new windows, balconies, new carpets in the freshly painted hallways, new doorlocks on every apartment and all new lighting in the garage so even as a woman I feel 'safe' down there. In comparison to the surrounding area and what is available in rentals the rent is great and 'all in' . Most of the tenants are quiet and friendly, and the landlady is awesome. She's always willing to listen and lend a helping hand. She knows every person and every pet by name and always says "Hi" when we cross path. I had one issue with my bathroom since I moved in and it was taken care off in 48 hours. Of course there are things here and there that aren't 'perfect' and could be improved but what apartment building/condo/house/neighborhood is? Overall I am very happy living here.
