  We had a problem with our gas fireplace. The pilot would not stay lit, so we called the Woodburner, and they had an appointment the next day. All fixed up and our technician had some extra fire effects (insulation that looks like embers) to add to the base.
  Thanks, and we would recommend using them for maintenance.
